Teacher Induction & Alt. Licensure Pathways

EdForce™ is designed to create a pathway for qualified talent or a district's existing professionals to achieve state teaching certification outside of the traditional pathway. Candidates will be placed based on district needs, and then provided with any required course work for state standards through PCG's network of accredited university partners. These candidates will also receive intensive and ongoing 1:1 coaching and training in their subject area, with ongoing professional development via PCG's online peer-to-peer platform.
