      EdForce is working to break the stereotype of the "normal" U.S. teacher. On average, EdForce places 80% nonwhite instructors in schools across the country. Day by day, we are striving to implement diversity and equality in grades K-12. With the assistance of EdForce's non-traditional routes to certification, we support and advocate a school initiative of teachers matching their student body.
